The location of the event is held in downtown St. Augustine, However organizers have moved Saturday’s event a few miles away to the St. Johns County Fairgrounds.
AP news says, “Poking fun at the state’s reputation for bizarre stories, last year’s teams competed in Florida-themed events like the Evading Arrest Obstacle Course and Beer Belly Sumo Wrestling. Next up with more serious news, Conservationists in Kenya are “warning of shrinking wildlife spaces in the east African country that generates substantial revenue from wildlife tourism”, the information comes from AP news
Many of the animals habitats are being harmed due to climate change and destructive human behavior. Their idea is to separate the animals’ land and habitats with humans, Kenya’s population has grown from 22 million in 1989 to over 55 million in 2025.
With this separation, AP News states, “allowing free movement of animals and reducing incidents of human-wildlife conflict, such corridors support the growth of wildlife populations.”
With the rising wildlife populations conservationists and people would need to protect more habitats and create new corridors for them to thrive.

Francis writes in a letter to the people on behalf of his sickness and wishing peace for Ukraine, and everywhere else, he writes,
“From here, war appears even more absurd, I feel in my heart the ‘blessing’ that is hidden within frailty, because it is precisely in these moments that we learn even more to trust in the Lord, At the same time, I thank God for giving me the opportunity to share in body and spirit the condition of so many sick and suffering people.”
